An important part of the brand process is discovery and definition, which we deliver in a workshop. Firstly, we discover everything there is to know about your audiences, cause, and sector, to unearth key insights. We then use these insights to define a brand positioning that is differentiated.

The workshop is approximately 2.5 hours (with breaks included) in which we work through the above six points with all those in the workshop. For the very best results from your workshop, involve senior leadership teams and key stakeholders from departments across the business. These stakeholders, will each have a unique perspective on the brand, given their different interactions with clients, customers and related organisations. By involving key stakeholders, you will attain the desired holistic brand proposition that everyone within the business no matter their position can believe in and act upon.

This workshop is very much interactive with the attendees, getting them to participate and contribute where appropriate. No one is forced to to do this of course, although everyone always does due to the nature of the content and its meaning to them.

At the end of the workshop we summarise what we have discussed and created, then we produce a summary report with guidance and recommendations.
